On his way to Zagreb passed Denkendorf, Germany, a young lady that drove Drazen, at high speed, lost control of the vehicle in the middle of the storm and crashed into the truck. Drazen died instantly… and many dreams with him…

In 1978, openly gay San Francisco City Supervisor Harvey Milk was murdered, along with Mayor George Moscone, by former Supervisor Dan White.

Harvey Milk, was a visionary civil and human rights leader who became one of the first openly gay elected officials in the United States when he won a seat on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1977. Milk’s unprecedented loud and unapologetic proclamation of his authenticity as an openly gay candidate for public office, and his subsequent election gave never before experienced hope to LGBT people everywhere at a time when the community was encountering widespread hostility and discrimination.

To appreciate Mel Gibson's work in the film industry, I'll first have to forget about his painful homophobic ultraconservative christian faith with a nice touch of anti-semitism and also forget about the popular opinion that Gibson's greatness is as an actor.

In my opinion his real greatness is as director and producer and his ability to interconnect the many different specific crafts necessary to make a great movie.

Let's take the movie "Apocalypto" (2006), my definite favourite of films directed and produced by Gibson: the combination of directing, cinematography and editing is just staggering giving the viewer a movie with a sense of cinematographic rythm that is comparable to very few other movies.

And on top of that great casting - Rudy Youngblood being impossibly handsome, cute and sexy and of course a very good actor - and great costume and props.
